SDMyers recognized as a six-time NorthCoast 99 winner

CLEVELAND, OHIO

On September 18, representatives from SDMyers attended the NorthCoast 99 event in Cleveland, Ohio to be recognized as one of Northeast Ohio’s 99 best workplaces—for the sixth time.

The 1920’s-themed event, which brought together professionals from nearly 1,000 businesses throughout the area, celebrated “Roaring Workplaces,” recognizing Ohio companies for their human resources practices.

Other award winners span 20 different industries and include Akron Children’s Hospital, Fifth Third Bank, and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

NorthCoast 99 is an annual program that recognizes organizations and businesses that attract, hire, and retain top talent, offer career advancement and professional development opportunities, and provide challenging and meaningful work. The program is run by the Employer’s Resource Council (ERC), the largest trade association in Northeast Ohio. The ERC offers training, consulting, and HR assistance to member companies across the region.

Winners of the NorthCoast 99 award are selected based on their policies; recruiting and selection process; compensation, benefits and rewards; training and development programs; and their company culture, innovation and leadership. In addition, winners are selected based on feedback from a sample of new hires and top performers.

SDMyers has been granted the NorthCoast 99 Award six times since 2013.

The ERC bases recognition on survey data from employees and company demographics, with responses from SDMyers leadership, management, and employees.

SDMyers will work hard—as always—to maintain our standards and continue to be a wonderful place to work, into 2019 and beyond.
