SDMyers VP of Reliability Alan Ross will be presenting at SMRP’s 12^th-annual IndyCon in Indianapolis on March 5, 2019. He will discuss the unique barriers that must be overcome as electrical systems age and as global pressures affect capacity and the reliability of facilities. This will require an organizational cultural change, much like any system-wide improvement.
