Transformer Management 2

After a brief review, this course builds on the foundational concepts taught in the Transformer Management 1 Plus (and Transformer Management 1 Course). Students will dive deeper into the concepts of reactive, predictive, and preventative maintenance of transformers and be able to develop a cost-effective testing and maintenance plan to prolong the reliable life of their transformers.

This course is for the person who is responsible for decisions relating to the management of transformers, and the course goes deeper into the design and operation of the transformer. We'll move beyond just understanding DGA results or electrical tests to forecasting and knowing what it takes to change the current forecasted result. This course is for those whose primary responsibilities include transformer and substation maintenance.
