Diagnostic Analytical Coordinator (Inside Sales)

Position Purpose: Focuses on customer transformer oil testing renewal and retention, establish good customer service relations to assist our customers with any questions or concerns, and grow respective territories to maintain a strong customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact existing testing customer base to coordinate renewal courier and mail-in oil testing.
Utilize the communication process tool to better understand the customer’s needs.
Clearly promote all services related to the customer’s need to maximize the customer’s ability to make proper decisions.
Proactively contact former customer opportunities to re-sell services.
Work with field technician’s scheduling team to efficiently schedule courier work as needed.
Utilize the current CRM (Sales Force) as a tool to record daily customer activity, such as opportunity statuses (wins/losses), competitor activities, and follow u
Work closely with other sales groups through impact leads to promote new business growth within respective territo
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school
Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in addition to previous work experience, preferably in customer service and/or retail setting.
Database experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of transformer maintenance and/or electric industry.
Must have a strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn/use company’s CRM tools.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Strong initiative, team building, meeting deadlines and follow through skills.
Ability to understand the marketplace, the competition and how the competitors operate.
Ability to learn, understand, and put into practice the components of the sales and communication process tool.
