     1. Chemical

Part Three: Moisture
(approximately two hours total)

• Overview Presentation on the following topics:
  1. Moisture ingress and the problems it causes.
  2. How we measure moisture.
  3. Saturation of moisture in oil and moisture in solid insulation.
  4. Standard guidance and why this is inadequate.
